What a wdi inspection covers

WDI stands for wood-destroying insects: termites, and other insects that tunnel into and feed on wood. Their damage is often hidden in trim, framing and the base of walls until it is well along.

Buyers usually book it together with their home inspection, so both are done in one visit.

When to book one

  • You are buying a home
  • You have seen signs such as mud tubes or damaged wood
  • Before you list your home
